Oh came back from work excited to see if there was a solution to this Friday, July 31, PM. One possible answer could be that only one application can use the tuner at the same time, and even two installed TV applications like WinTV and WMC will disturb each other. Uninstall WinTV and look what happens.
I have similar card, and has no problem getting analog and hd working. For HD, you will have to do regisry hack to enable qam signal, and then you will have to edit those channel, and you have to associate HD channel with appropriate HD channel. Saturday, August 1, PM.
