I have never worked in a company like this before, I cannot believe a company like this exists. I want to warn everyone about this company but unfortunately not everyone will read these reviews. This company ruined my career outlook and took advantage of me in the sleaziest possible way.

Management runs the company on fear and shady practices. HR lies and covers up management's mistakes and mispractice, fires people for no reason will also fire people if they put in their 2 weeks notice.

Poorly designed homemade inventory management system they call it an MRP system which is far from accurate , management blames the employees for inventory mistakes when it's simply that the system is faulty. Positive reinforcement, home life-work balance, and proper management is non existant within Atlantic Tool and Die.

I am a college graduate with a business degree and salary job, and they decided they would tear me away from my analyst job and put me to work in the plant doing production work which is definitely not what I signed up for when I graduated college or when I accepted the job at this company. I have never felt so used in my entire life and nothing they did could change the way they exploited me.

When my supervisor quit, they told me I needed to take on all his responsibilities. No raise, no title change, just continuing to act like I am a puppet they can toy with. When 5 more people quit, I knew I had to get out of there. Thank god I got out when I did, they ended up firing half the staff, even the veteren employees who showed the most loyalty.

Raises are never given to the people that deserve it, there always is something meaningless that prevents it. Management needs serious help in personality courses, they never seem to care for the people that are working. Promises in better training or help fall on death ears, just demand more of the time. In you are not in the the "in crowd" you feel alienated from the rest of the company.
